Pirates, fierce robbers of the seas. Though stories may say "ARG!" and "Walk the plank!" they are all wrong! Those terms were first used in the movie Treasure Island. Robert Newton, the actor who played Long John Silver, based it on how people talked in south-west England. Also, pirates never buried their treasure. they used it to buy ammo, drink, and other things.
